Richard was instrumental in the purchase of my first house 12 years ago, so when I needed to sell that house, he was my first choice. He knew exactly when to list my house to ensure that it sold for a good price, and he was right there with me through every bump in the process (and there were a LOT of bumps, right down to settlement day). He helped me buy my next house, and if he's still in real estate when I move again I won't hesitate to choose him again. Richard is honest and reliable and he will bend over backwards for you.
