He knew exactly when to list my house to ensure that it sold for a good price, and he was right there with me through every bump in the process (and there were a LOT of bumps, right down to settlement day). He helped me buy my next house, and if he's still in real estate when I move again I won't hesitate to choose him again. Richard is honest and reliable and he will bend over backwards for you. Richard did an excellent job from start to finish, and his strong local knowledge and expertise were a key factor in a successful sale for us in a relatively short period of time for a good market price. Richard helped to provide key local contacts & resources to help us with fixing up the home to good condition for sale (including roofer, plumber, electrician, painters, & landscaper). Richard was my realtor in the purchase of my first home. I am a single parent.... Limited income ..... Richard was relentless in the search for an affordable home for me. The home we found happened to be a HUD home and my loan was FHA loan. The combination is like oil and water. Two government agencies that could not agree on anything. This process was long and drawn out... Richard was diligent through every step - always on top of every request either angency wanted. Long story -long....
