When we originally bought our townhouse Richard was one of two agents on site. At that time we worked with the other agent, but would run in to him from time to time while monitoring our new construction.

Skip forward 5 years and we were ready to sell. Quite a few of our neighbors used Richard when selling their home, and had nothing but great things to say. Also, Richard had a well deserved reputation around the neighborhood of getting your home sold; so it was an easy choice for my wife and I too make.

Richard was very professional, and easy to deal with. He was available at all times to answer our questions or lend a helping hand. He was very courteous and punctual. We always knew when there was a showing, and he took care of hosting open houses for our property.

We decided to sell our townhouse in one of the toughest markets for sellers. Home sales were down, the government's home buyer assistance had expired and their where many homes in the development that were for sale (including foreclosures and short sells). However, Richard remained positive and reassured my wife and I that our home would sell. He was famous for saying, "it only takes one buyer." Which is the absolute truth.

With that being said, Richard had our house listed for less than 5 months when we received an offer that we were willing to accept. I find that a very respectable amount time considering the market conditions. It was within our expectations.

If we ever decide to sell our current house Richard will be the person to do so. He has my highest recommendation.
