I have been a full time REALTOR^® since 1994 as well as a lifelong Lancaster County resident, and have a broad foundation of knowledge and experience to help my clients. Whether city, suburb or rural, a growing family or downsizing, residential or commercial... I have helped hundreds of clients be successful buying or selling real estate, in Lancaster City, Lancaster County, and beyond.

Before starting my real estate career, I served in the U.S. Air Force from 1977-1981 at Travis AFB, California, earning an Honorable Discharge as Staff Sergeant and the U.S. Air Force Commendation Medal.

After being discharged from the Air Force, I was employed by Wendy's International from 1981-1994 in Lancaster, Lebanon, Hershey, Philadelphia and Harrisburg as a General Manager and as a District Manager.

Since I began my real estate career in 1994, I earned my Associate Brokers license in 1999 and have been a consistent sales award winner. I was honored as REALTOR^® of the Year in 2016 by the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS^®. I am currently serving as 2019 President of the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS^®.

Success in Real Estate, as in any type of sales, is not complicated. Earning the trust of my clients involves working tirelessly on their behalf, and treating my clients like I would want to be treated - like they were family. Attention to detail, effective communication, and protecting my clients confidentiality are all very important. Treat everyone fairly and honestly. Simple.

Outside of my real estate business, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Joy, our children, and their families... especially my two amazing grandsons! I’m a member of the Lancaster County Bible Church, a member of the Lancaster County Historical Society, a member of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, and participate in the Red Rose Chess Club when my schedule permits. Also, I enjoy following Philadelphia sports.
